Mums and Bubs group is a brilliant opportunity to get back into shape and bring a well-balanced, healthy routine back into your life.
The the flexible 10 Class Pass has 5 months validity and keeps you motivated to exercise regularly under the right supervision and achieve a balance in your life. This program is structured so you can continue to train with us after your initial 10 sessions.
Of course your Bub is invited to join us, however some mums prefer to leave their little ones to be minded. This is totally up to you, but it is a relaxed and child friendly atmosphere. Training days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:30am outdoors in the beautiful natural training terrain of Gunnamatta bay Cronulla.
Is Mums and Bubs for me?
This program has been designed and structured to support the needs of your body after the changes throughout the course of your pregnancy.
Compared to the larger exercise groups, this program runs with a minimum of 4 mums and a maximum of 14 to ensure every ones individual needs are met and supervision, motivation and postural guidance is correctly allocated. This small, well-structured class helps reduce injury or over exertion but also caters for those who need an extra push.
If you feel like you’d love the support of a fun, friendly and well balanced exercise group then yes, RM Health Mums and Bubs is for you.
You Will Be Provided With:
- Education and information on: Pelvic floor, Exercising when breast feeding, Abdominals and importance of strengthening after childbirth, Benefits of pre and postnatal exercise, Resistance and cardiovascular training, Importance of relaxation, Nutrition - All yours to keep and refer to if needed.
- A pre and post fitness assessment will be performed to help track results and show benefits. (Scientifically, it takes 8-12 weeks to make changes to your body and begin to see measurable results.)
- A safe and friendly atmosphere for mums to ask their trainer or other mums questions and form new friendships.
