Hi, my name is Rachelle, I started work in the health and fitness industry in 2004, as a group exercise instructor, teaching spin,boxing, aqua, aerobics, fit-ball and other freestyle classes. Feeling the benefits of a healthier lifestyle my interest in exercise and healthy living grew dramatically. I became thirsty for knowledge, so I studied to be a personal trainer and have never looked back. I am truly passionate about my work with the community, helping my clients gain the tools and knowledge to realize their mental and physical strengths and limitless capabilities. To transform someone's health, and help them achieve balance in their life, is extremely rewarding.

I run outdoor and studio personal training sessions and feel grateful to be able to influence peoples lives in such a positive way. My passion for personal training then expanded when I realized that outdoor training in groups was a fun and affordable way for everyone to experience the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.

My Boxing group, Mums & Bubs group and Corporate Training keep me on my toes. I love the diversity of clients I get to spend my week with, and hearing their stories. I have studied and I am now enjoying the personal development of being a Power Yoga teacher and believe this compliments my training and creates a perfect balance to my own health. I always look forward to sharing the mental and physical benefits of yoga with all those around me.


Rachelle's Motto

I believe the first step in positively influencing others around you is to look after your own health in the best way that you can, not just physically but mentally. Let go of all the self doubt and pressure you place on yourself, realize your values and act daily in accordance with them. Hang in there when the going gets tough, share all of your knowledge freely and give yourself some space to relax, recharge and be mindful.

Certificate 3 fitness- Group fitness leader: Aqua, Spin, Boxing, fitball and freestyle, group leadership, gym floor manager

Certificate 4 fitness- Personal Trainer: motivational psychology, strength and conditioning

Postural Corrective certification (AOK)

Sports and Senior first aid

Power Yoga certification

Certificate 4 Training & Assessment

Fully compliant and registered with Fitness NSW and Yoga Australia
